We strive to make exchanges as simple as possible! From our Contact Us page, select Returns & Exchanges and specify the reason for your exchange. Upon approval, we’ll email you your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and you may purchase a pre-paid return shipping label for the return or send it in pre-paid with your own carrier. We will cover the costs of shipping your new exchanged item to you once the return has been received. Exchanged items are not eligible for the 90-day trial terms.
