Check the remote control batteries.
When you press the Seat Temp or Water Temp buttons on the remote, do lights on the remote respond? If not, you may need to replace the remote batteries.
Reset your Omigo.
Try unplugging your Omigo, wait for over an hour, then plug it back in. This causes a general reset of the system and can sometimes help.
Test the infrared sensor.
If the remote lights up when you press Seat Temp or Water Temp buttons, but does not activate the seat, there may be an issue with the IR sensor in the seat. Please contact us.
