Reset using the Nozzle Cleaning auxiliary button.
Try using the Nozzle Cleaning button on the side of the unit to extend the nozzles one at a time. If the nozzle is simply off track or out of sync, that might help get it back on track.
Please unplug your Omigo, wait for over an hour, then plug it back in.
This causes a general reset of the system and can sometimes help.
