Attention: Expedited Shipping Delays
Currently, our shipping partners are experiencing delivery delays for both standard and expedited services. While expedited services are still available as a shipping option, Omigo is unable to process refund requests due to delayed shipments. Thank you for your understanding!
Your Omigo order will ship from one of our warehouses, located in either Illinois or California. Delivery times vary, but usually are between 1-6 business days depending on distance from the originating warehouse.
Omigo is delivered via USPS and FedEx, although some separate items may ship via other methods or from our San Francisco headquarters.
Note: Omigo does not ship directly to PO boxes in the USA or Canada, as these units do not have adequate means for delivery, storage, or pickup.
If you need your product(s) delivered sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout. Please note that processing can take up to 1-4 business days depending on when in the day you place your order. We provide you tracking information directly once your product has shipped.
Attention: Shipping Delays
All shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays in processing and delivery times due to COVID-19 and a large surge in online retail. When your order has a tracking number, it means it has been packed and labeled at the warehouse and has been picked up by the carrier and will be scanned and updated accordingly. Because of these current conditions, please note that we are unable to process any lost package claims for 7 days due to the policy of our 3rd party shipping service and the wait time imposed by the carriers at this time. If your package has not been scanned/updated or seeing movement for 7 days, please contact us and we will assist with a claim and reshipment immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue and make sure you receive your package as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support!
Inclement Weather Advisory
Bad weather happens! When it does, please check directly with your delivery carrier if your package has been delayed. Omigo is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by inclement weather (snow storms, etc.), natural disasters, or delivery carrier service interruptions. We will not issue refunds (full or partial) should these circumstances arise.
