Attention: Expedited Shipping Delays
Currently, our shipping partners are experiencing delivery delays for both standard and expedited services. While expedited services are still available as a shipping option, Omigo is unable to process refund requests due to delayed shipments. Thank you for your understanding!
We will email you with tracking info when your Omigo is ready for delivery.
Tracking information is generated when your shipping label is created by our warehouse. The information will be updated when your package has left the warehouse, and is continually updated as it makes its way to your address. Tracking info is also an estimated delivery date, and is subject to change due to extraneous circumstances.
If your tracking information has not been updated for over 10 days then it might be lost in transit.

We typically ship all orders the next business day, excluding holidays.
Orders placed prior to 9am PST have a good chance of being processed and shipped the same business day, but there is no guarantee. After orders are processed, your items will ship the following business day.
Updating your address or info after an order is placed is easy.
Please contact us right away and we will do our best to update your order - however, if your order is too far along in the processing stage we will not be able cancel it.
If you have changed your mind and it is too late to cancel, you can have the package returned to sender, or refuse delivery and it will be returned to our warehouse and you will be issued a refund. If you do accept delivery, you will need to initiate a return with our Customer Support Team. Please see our Returns & Refunds article for full details.

If you have received a delivery notification but your package has not arrived, please allow two full days to allow the package to show up before emailing our support team.
