At Omigo, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your bidet. Our 90-day trial allows you to try an eligible product for 90-days. If you are not satisfied with your product you have the option to exchange it for another product or return it for a full refund. Limitations and restrictions apply; read below for details.
We offer a 90-day trial for the following products:
- The Omigo Luxury Bidet Toilet Seat (CMAO)
- Element Bidet Attachment (CBHA-A)
- Element+ Dual Temperature Bidet Attachment (CBHA-D)
The 90-day trial does not apply to the Omigo SL (CAFSL), Omigo GS (CRBD), Bamboo Bidet Towels (OM-TWL), nor any other parts, accessories, clothing, or other Omigo products. These products fall under our general return policy.
90-Day Trial Terms
- 90-day trial is limited to one product per customer and/or household. In the event you have purchased more than one eligible product in a single order we will only provide a refund on one under the 90-day trial terms. No exceptions.
- 90-day trial is limited to your first purchase only. All subsequent purchases will not be eligible. No exceptions.
- Returns must be requested within 90 days of purchase in the form of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and products must be returned within 104 days of purchase for a return to be considered valid. *Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Products must be returned with all parts and in good condition. In the event of physical damage to your product, returns and exchanges are not eligible for a full refund. Read our Warranty Exclusions & Limitations article for more details, and contact us with any questions.
Products that do not fall under the 90-day trial (e.g. Omigo SL (CAFSL), Omigo GS (CRBD), Bamboo Bidet Towels (OM-TWL), any other parts, accessories, clothing, or additional returns beyond the first qualifying trial product) are still eligible for returns as follows:
- Items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition within 30 days. Products returned to us in used or unsalable condition will not be accepted
- General returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to help cover our shipping costs as well as warehouse and labor costs to receive, review, and repackage incoming returns
Making a Return (90-Day Trial and General)
We strive to make returns as easy as possible. To start a return, go to our contact page and select Returns & Exchanges. An Omigo Agent will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and prepaid shipping label (the cost of the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount) or you may ship it in on your account. All you need to do is carefully box up your item with your RMA inside, affix your prepaid label, and send your package back to us. Your original form of payment will be refunded within 30 days of receipt due to increased health and safety procedures during the return receiving process.
Products returned without an RMA will not be accepted. No exceptions.
For questions about your refund, please contact our support team. Please do not contact your card-issuing bank as this can further delay issuing your refund.
Pre-Paid Shipping Label Rates for Contiguous US
- $35 for bidet seats (Omigo, OmigoSL, OmigoGS)
- $18 for bidet attachments (Element, Element+)
- If you want to return a product pre-paid and use your own carrier, just let us know and we will not charge you for or issue a pre-paid label
- Pre-paid label shipping rates for AK, HI, PR, and Virgin Islands are $85 for Omigo and Omigo SL and $45 for the Element or Element+
All of our products are eligible for exchanges.
- Products can be exchanged for either sizing or feature reasons
- If you reside within the contiguous U.S., we will cover the cost of shipping for both your old item back to Omigo, and for the new exchanged item
- To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned with all parts and in good condition (i.e. undamaged), and can only be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value
- Exchanged items are not eligible for the 90-day trial terms
Additional Terms & Conditions: 90-Day Trial, General Returns, and Exchanges
- Refunds on all sales financed through Affirm are for principal payments only and exclude any interest paid
- Shipping charges and any taxes related to shipping charges are non-refundable. This also includes any expedited shipping or shipping to AK, HI, PR, and the Virgin Islands.
- Products that do not fall under the 90-day policy are eligible for returns and refunds up to 30-days after purchase. These products are only eligible for a refund if the product has not been used, installed, nor handled excessively, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been requested within 30 days of purchase, and the product is received by Omigo within 44 days of purchase. Please note there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your final return amount.
