Where does the water come from?
Bidet seats connect directly to your existing water line! It is as clean and fresh as the water from your sink or shower.
How long is the wash cycle?
Wash cycles are 2 minutes long, the Stop button will halt the wash at any point.
How is the water aerated?
Micro-bubbles are introduced into the wash spray to create a softer touch and more complete effervescent cleaning performance, while reducing overall water consumption.
How does the water warm up?
Omigo & Omigo SL features a built-in instant ceramic heating system that takes a few seconds to heat to your preferred temperature, then provides endless warm water washes.
Omigo GS features a hybrid heating system that stores heated water in an internal tank, ensuring warm and comfortable water on-demand. After extended use, the water may decrease in temperature. To regain warmer water, stop all wash functions for three minutes to allow the bidet to reheat the water.
How do I adjust the water temperature?
Our bidet seats have 4 water temperature settings. Press the Water Temp button to cycle through each temperature.
Omigo & Omigo SL
- Off - ambient water temp
- Low - 90° F (blue)
- Medium - 95° F (pink)
- High - 100° F (red)
Omigo GS
- Off - ambient water temp
- Low - 91° F (green)
- Medium - 97° F (yellow)
- High - 102° F (red)
How do I adjust the water pressure?
Omigo & Omigo SL have 3 water pressure settings, and Omigo GS has 5 water pressure settings. Adjust the water pressure by pressing “+” to increase and “-” to decrease during a wash cycle.
How do I adjust the spray width?
Omigo & Omigo SL have 3 spray width settings. Press the Spray Width button to cycle through from a strong and concentrated stream (blue) to mid-width (pink) and then a wider and softer spray (red). Pressing the button a 4th time will bring you back to the top of the order.
Omigo GS has a set spray width that cannot be adjusted.
