Where does the water come from?

Element and Element+ connects directly to your existing water line! It is as clean and fresh as the water from your sink or shower.

Element+ additionally connects to the warm water supply under your sink, via high temperature flex tubing.

How do I adjust the water temperature?

Adjust the water temperature by starting a wash and slowly turning the dial further to either the Cool or Warm side. Leave the dial set to your preferred temperature mix to save time on your next wash.

How long does it take for water to warm up?

The water will warm up in the same way your tap water heats. To heat your wash faster, run warm water through the nozzle cleaning zone to clear cool water from the lines.
